Whether your trying to get pregnant or are busy with all of your mom responsibilities managing stress is a very important component to maintaining vibrant energy and health. When we don't take a "TIME OUT" for ourselves it can be a quick down whirl spiral when fatigue and lack of energy hits us, leading to feeling of hopelessness and even depression.   To make sure you don't go down this slippery slope Lori will assist you in bringing your body back into balance through yogic breathing techniques, guided visual imagery accompanied with light massage.   Through the combination of these techniques you will come out feeling renewed and revitalized having more energy and patients for all those daily tasks of being a mom.
